Working principle：
The screw extruder is divided into single screw type and twin screw type, and the extrusion form has two kinds of front discharge and side discharge. After mixing, kneading and wet materials or low softening point (generally refers to less than 50 degrees) materials under the action of screw transport and extrusion. Extrusion from the opening template of the machine head, thus achieving the purpose of changing the powder product into a uniform particle product. The particle shape is cylindrical, the particle diameter of the finished product is adjusted and controlled by the open hole aperture, the side discharge is 0.7~2.0mm, and the front discharge is 1.5~12mm.
Product characteristics：
The particles produced by this machine are hard extruded by screw rod and steel plate. The shape of the particles is regular, the texture is tight, the fine powder is less, and it is not easy to absorb moisture. Since the powdery material completes the granulation process in the wet state, the operating conditions of granulation and its subsequent processes (such as drying, packaging, etc.) have been greatly improved. Generally, it can reduce the dust flying on site by more than 90%. Through granulation, it can avoid the phenomenon that the powder products are prone to caking, bridging, pulsation, etc., which affects the use of the powder, and at the same time avoid the secondary pollution caused by the powder during the use process, so that the physical properties of the product are greatly improved. Under normal circumstances, the accumulation proportion of granulated products has been greatly improved, so it can save transportation, storage and packaging space. For multi-component composite and mixed products, granulation can avoid segregation of each component, so as to truly ensure the quality of composite products.
The product has a long shelf life, which is especially suitable for making granular granules in Chinese medicine and food industry.
This machine is made of stainless steel, surface polishing, assembly and disassembly, cleaning is very convenient. It is especially suitable for granulation of materials that cannot be solved by wet method.
